Welcome! I’m Kirsten Oates, and I offer an innovative, contemplative approach to Enneagram Coaching.
I am passionate about addressing the suffering that arises not only from life’s challenges, but from our attachment to the personality’s limited way of perceiving reality. The Enneagram reveals how our habitual patterns can become barriers to connection, truth, and love.
My approach explores three interwoven dimensions of human experience: the egoic, the religious, and the mystical. Each brings its own form of insight and healing. While these dimensions are always present, we engage with them individually to support healthy integration—a movement toward wisdom, freedom, and grace.
True transformation isn’t about perfecting the personality. It’s about surrendering into something greater. This journey invites you beyond the ego’s constraints into a more spacious, contemplative awareness, where your gifts can emerge from the deep well of your true self.
I offer personalized coaching sessions to help you identify and achieve your goals. Together, we will develop a plan to transform your life and create the future you desire.
I offer group coaching to those who want to experience the power of the Enneagram alongside others. Through guided discussions, contemplative practices, and real-life applications, group coaching provides:
